Serving Davis County since 1934, the Davis County Health Department is the oldest established local public health department in Utah. From the beginning, the Health Department has strived to ensure quality public and environmental health in Davis County.

As practitioners of public health, our mission is to assure the conditions in which people live are healthy. From childhood or travel immunizations to food handler’s permit to birth certificates to information on vector control to general public health information, you’ll find the Davis County Health Department staff to be knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.
